Permission to Return and to Receive Credit
Please note that all sales are on a Firm Sale basis. As PRONIN IB is not the publisher, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted books unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
We comply with Australian Consumer Law and will replace, refund or credit any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. If items are received damaged or incorrectly picked, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the books and packaging.
